The first online batch of Nature Writing Classes was filled with kids seeking refuge from the sad reality of the lockdown. When everything moved online, kids did not have access to social activities, nature or friends/community. The workshop was a solution to this problem.

What started as an experimental 1-month long creative writing workshop transformed into a safe space where students of all ages came to experience creativity and self-development. 2-hour classes felt like 20 mins, friendships were forged across borders and kids just would not want to leave the meeting.

There was so much jealousy among the younger siblings of some our students, that the parents were having a tough time dealing with it. This prompted us to begin the cutest module ever- "Reading with Animals & Nature" for children of all ages. It was a mix of vibrant and interactive storytelling followed by a discussion about values and affirmations.

Teenage can be a complicated period for children and parents alike. "Tools for Teens" was launched to equip teenagers with tools and theories that would help them understand and navigate life. It was a space of respect, creativity and non-judgement.
